I believe Paul is using one in his STX WRX. Also factor in cost for tapered roller bearings from Subaru. You won't be able to salvage them from the old diff.

This LSD is the only thing I would buy from OBX.

hey Tom, so i had a minute to think about things and some scratch paper to do some maths:

1200cc/min injectors, X4 @90% duty cycle is 72CC of fuel a second. so assuming you're at full throttle for the duration of a 5 second turn(HAHAHAHA!!!), that's 360cc of fuel used up.

if you continue it on for a full hour they flow out 259.2l/hr
incidentally, looking at fuel pump maps of pressure/flow, you're best off going with dueling walbros. a single 044 flows ALMOST enough at 80psi, but dueling walbros flow more than enough, and a single walbro at like 10psi flows just enough, but i don't know if i'd trust it to fill the swirl pot. running the numbers out further, i get 430.92 lb/hr of fuel flowed with those 1200cc injectors at 90% IDC, which at 11:1 AFRs is ~79 lbs/min of air. which is ~597g/sec and ~780 hp worth of air. which brings me to three questions.. could you really sustain max lat while simultaneously disposing of nearly 800 hp? for 10 seconds? and the 1200cc/min is from raising the base pressure on what injectors from, to...? are you looking for horsepower or acceleration or a laptime?

in conclusion i think a .5l swirl pot is more than sufficient, and suggest dueling walbros, intank, with a 0.5l in tank baffle setup. pumps, sumps trapdoors, whatever. better than external setups. also. if you're flowing that much fuel. you may need to run a large, like half inch aluminum fuel line to the front of the car. and use the stock feed line as a return.
reason i post instead of PM or txt is there's more than one else out there building a high HP car that may appreciate these ruminations...

PS dave, i'ma lick that cage. in a dirty, you're my bitch sort of way. you can't watch.

That old school leggy is pretty nice too. I am partial to wagons as well. But...

I Am a power/performance first kind of guy so you're getting my vote all the way to the end.

So a few weeks back I started hitting only 14.8psi on a off the shelf map from Cobb (stage 2 93octane) which used to hit 15.8 or so max.

I've since reset the ECU, changed my plugs (90k), cleaned my OEM boost control solenoid with MAF cleaner and now removed my intercooler to get at the turbo to look for anything obvious.

I'm considering adjusting the wastegate arm 2 turns. Am I way off the fairway here?

LOL, I have been looking at dual walmart pump setups for a day or so. It appears that it would be hella cheap in comparison to my other options. Chances are it would be far quieter as well.

I am finally going rotated so I have a ton of stuff to sell ASAP:

(Note, GT Spec header is gone. I also have a sale pending on the turbo)

Silver Perrin Side Feed Fuel Rails: $275 (7000 miles). I have run these fuel rails for a few years without a single issue. Unlike most Perrin stuff, these are very high quality and work really well. The kit is 100% complete and also includes about $150 in coated pyroshielded fuel lines.

My Dom3 XTR Turbo with 3" inlet: $1400 (1800 miles). This is an awesome turbo, my car made 473wtq and 461whp on this thing! Its got some kind of magical bearings and billet wheel that allow it to spool up very quickly for its size.

-Deatschwerks 950cc side feed injectors: $450 (Extremely rare, 1500 miles). These injectors are super super rare! Every so often Deatschwerks releases a single set of 950cc side feed injectors made up of freakishly high flowing side feed units. I was super lucky to be able to purchase this set 100% new last winter. I am pretty sure that I have the original box, flow sheets, etc for these.

-100% New Pink eBay "H" Brace (just as good as the super expensive ones): $40

-TurboXS 4" down pipe: $200 (1800 miles)

TiAL 44mm EWG: $275 (5000 miles)
