Unhappy Help with CEL!

I just turned 7741 miles today in the WRX and my CEL came on. I have the car scheduled for a tire rotation this week, but is the CEL going to be a problem?

I give the car oil changes every 3000 on the dot with Mobil1 Syth, so I hope there is nothing seriously wrong with it.

Please give me advice.

Need to have the car scanned... Either take it to the dealer and have them pull the codes or find someone with a scanner and have them do it for you...

What is your location???

Some autoparts stores will scan it for free. Then search the code on the forums, and you'll probably find out what's up. Or just take it to the dealer

unless the dealer is mod-hostile and you have a lot of mods, go to the dealer and he should scan it for free. you should not delay, but at the same time don't panic, the suby throws cel's more than any other car i've had.
