Default Emissions and my CEL's-Emanage

Well, long story short I have an EJ257 with stock heads running boost. I have the E-manage Ultimate as my engine management system but pulling three codes. I have P1110 Atmospheric Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Low Input), P0444 Canister Purge Control Solenoid Valve Circuit Low, and P0108 Manifold Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction (High Input). All of these seem related to some sort of boost problem. I need to get these fixed in order to pass emissions. Are you e-manage users getting these cel's? What's causing them. The weird thing about the P1110 is when I turn it off, my car runs really bad, really rich. Then when it turns on my cars automatically smooths out and runs fine.
Any ideas? please

Thanks

The emanage could be completely unrelated to these things. You are using a plug-and-play harness?

It could just be vacuum routing mistakes.

Well, not really plug and play harness. Needed to solder my wiring harness to the e-manage, not using al the wires. Everything runs perfectly, nothing is hindered when the car is running.
The guys over at Forged Performance did all the vacuum routing so I couldn't imagine there being a mistake. What would cause these CEL's that i'm having?
