Default 1.8 heads on 2.2

So I know this has been discussed in many forums but I can't seem to find a good verdict. I have an extra 1.8 to piece, and I have the 2.2 waiting to be dropped in my car. I'm running the 1.8 ecu and wiring harness. The 1.8 is from a 95 Impreza L and the 2.2 is from a 90 Legacy. I plan on staying N/A with this motor and was hoping for 11.5:1 cp, obviously thin head gaskets, pp the heads, and get cams to achieve the cr. Is this a practical setup, I mean this is my daily driver so reliability is a must, but I just want so more hp cause the stock 1.8 has been killing me. 130-150hp is a good goal for me. Where can I find thin head gaskets for the 2.2? Cometic just has the factory thickness setup. Any recommendations on cams as well? I guess since my 1.8 is pre-96 it has better cams than th 2.2 anyway so that wouldn't be too bad but correct me if i'm wrong.
