I spotted "BlazeRex", "ScoobieNoobie790", and two others in Target in Plainville MA. I pulled up in my 50MPG prius. I kinda was upset when I told y'all," Hey nice cars, I have one too." I knew you guys didn't believe me and I felt ignored. When I said where I worked, thats when ScoobieNoobie790 opened up with,"20G?" I didn't think Subie owners were quite that ignorant. I will hunt each one of you guys down and whoop your A$$es. This is a promise.

So I'm just gunna throw it out there, Bear Notch road is the best road I've driven. Especially in the rain.

I thought hurricane mountain was awesome. It would def feel safer in the dry, and no one coming the other way would be good too.

Bear notch was also a good road, just didn't get the same roller coaster feeling like the other one.

How's the pavement quality on bear notch road? I haven't been up that way since I lived in NH and had my Volvo.

i felt more comfortable hauling ass on Bear Notch. Wait till you guys see the car I almost clipped going down Hurricane Mtn. I believe Chris was the only one close enough to witness the near-destruction.

the videos aren't the greatest, but you'll get the idea. sucks that my after-fires just sound like cute little pops :/

Bear notch seemed fine. Hurricane mtn was pretty decent as well, some parts got bumpy, but, not bad overall.

Yeah, bear notch didn't feel as dangerous, but, under ideal conditions with no one coming, hurricane mtn would be awesome.

I would have gone a little faster on bear notch, but, I've only had my tires on for like 2 months, and never really pushed them in the. Rain, so, didn't wanna find out the limits on a windy road with trees everywhere.

Awesome, good to know. I'll be up in NH visiting my parents this coming weekend, I'll have to take a trip north on Saturday and run Bear Notch and Hurricane Mtn. Haven't even driven my STI in NH yet.

Hurricane mountain road is fun, but I find it as more of a novelty. You never feel like you can drive it hard with it being so narrow and the potential for oncoming cars. I still really do enjoy it, but in comparison to Bear Notch, I feel it wasn't quite as enjoyable.

Where in NH are you going this weekend? I'm going to be up in Lincoln all weekend for Oktoberfest at Loon. I plan on doing a Kanc cruise with my girlfriend and some friends one day this weekend since the weather is suppose to be great.

I'll keep my eyes open for a black STi if your in the area.

Agreed, if we could close it off though, that might be a different story

The weather looks perfect for the weekend, let's hope the forecast holds.

I'll be staying in Concord with my rents Friday night. I'm thinking I'll be headed up north around noon on Saturday. My girlfriends parents live up near Mt. Washington so we'll probably be staying there Saturday night.

Think if we brought some baricades and cones and wore bright yellow vests and hard hats we could shut the road down, make some runs and get out b4 anyone figures it out??
