Default 05 STI 99 RS Wiring Help Needed

Okay, so I have started the process for merging an 05 sti harness with my 99 rs. I'm in the very beginning stages (preparing the 05 sti harness for merging with my 99rs) Here's what I've done so far, from here on out I need help as far as preparation on the 05 sti harness because I can't find anything that will directly address my problem:

-Secluded the two black and brown engine harness plugs that lead to the smj plugs. (I cut everything that led away from the ECU; there were a few wires that did not go to the two smj plugs that led throughout the harness)
-Separated the FPC from the rear harness
-Followed all the wires from the two smj plugs through the front harness to the ecu. (I left in the dbw throttle plug, as well as the sensor wires such as MAF, 02 Sensor, and etc.
-I have the immobilizer and the plug but I cut the plug out and plan on wiring it in later.

It's my first time and I need some help.

What have I missed/left out? Are there any threads that I have missed in my search that address this?

Im sure you are aware of this thread. Its a sticky. This helped me soo much. I did this same hybrid over the summer, and the majority of what i did with the harnesses was just cutting off the clips from the rs and soldering in the wrx clips, so just route everything to where they need to need (using diagrams) and make sure that each wire correlates with the wire you are soldering it to. The combo switch and instrument panel wiring sucks a lot. Very extensive but straight forward. It doesn't take too terrible long to do the actual splicing, just takes a long time to interpret wiring diagrams. Hope this helps in any way. GOOD LUCK!
