Legacy Wheel Guys... 18x9.5 +40 offset doable?

So seriously wondering if a 18x9.5 with a +40 offset will fit on my 01 Legacy. I seriously haven't seen really anyone running super wide wheels on too many BE/BH legacy/outbacks. Anyone think they will fit?

im running 18x 9 + 27, front works, im not completly slammed in the rearm need some camber bolts to make more room

Thanks Wiisass! I thinking of just going with 18x9 +35 myself but just seeing if anyone actually done 9.5 wide. What spec tires you running?
