Default Wagon with springs

Hey everyone,

picking up 03 Wagon this afternoon. Looking to get some springs and shocks soon. I will be getting some Koni Yellows to match with some springs. As of now, I can't decide what springs to get. I understand the difference between coilovers and springs and decided springs is the best route for me. I go to the snow, daily drive it so I don't need the car that low and need a little more comfort. Although i do want the car low enough to look good. I think I'll be getting some STI BBS wheels after to match it up. I came from an Acura with full coilover setup so I know how the ride feels.

can ppl post some pics of some different setups. I was looking into H&R, eibach which was common among honda/acura. But Ive been reading about prodrive, swift, RCE on subaru. Just wanted to see exactly how each one looks.

There is a MASSIVE thread on wagon specific setups

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=478371

Happy reading!!

I just installed tokico D-specs (adjustable shocks) and Epic springs - rides nice, and definitely handles better.

yea i saw that thread but a lot of them have coilover setups and a lot of the pictures won't load because it so old...just wanted to see how a drop would look with different springs.

the H&R looks good but not sure if i want a little lower.. but i'm trying to shop around and see

Forgot there is a lot of text and not a lot of pics on the later pages. This one is better for pics although not all wagons. The wagon car gallery thread is good too and you can pm people you like the stance of.

These cars don't like to be lowered as much as hondas / acuras do. I came from an 95 GSR and had friends that had slammed hondas and such.

If you go with springs, don't go as low as the Tein's - your car will ride like junk.

A "GOOD" set of coilovers will give you the lowered look and will handle better, but the price gets up there.
