Default kelford cams

hey im doin a hybrid build sti block with 2.0l heads
looking at kelford cams 264's
i see theres 2 types
the 199-c (264, 9.35mm lift) and the 199-j (264, 10.50mm lift)

whats for what?

The 199-c is a mild street-able cam. Recommended for turbo upgrades and other minor mods.

The 199-j is a road-race / rally cam. They have a low open duration, and a high lift.
