Default crank rod journal size question

Soooooo, I tore down a ej20 block I plan on re building and im at the point where Im measuring everything 10 times. My rod journals all measure between 51.981 and 51.983. Acceptable tolerances are 51.983 and 51.988. Should I just buy a new crank? Could I just buy thicker bearings? What is the acceptable tolerances or lee way if any? Any info is appriciated.
