What's the conventional wisdom on that? The force has got to go somewhere. If you beef up the mounts won't it just transmit more force to the chassis?

The less motion there is, the more power can be transferred to the ground. Movement of the motor is never really a good thing. The only reason it's there is to reduce noise, and to a lesser extent so that things don't fall apart.

I wouldn't blame you there. It seems like no one can ever be satisfied with their power though, no matter how much it is. I hate my stage 2 right now but i know if I go anything more that motor is going to pop.
