xluben, how would you say the FMS FMIC is? also how was the install, how much needed to be cut out of the bumper, etc.

I have heard good things about Extra-S over time. I had more experience with Motul in high temp situations (like 99 degree track days here in GA) so I dumped the Extra-S and put Motul in the tranny and diffs.

Whether or not that makes a difference is hard to tell though...

BTW, that link was originally a 2006 Porche Cayenne S.

It's decent. Mounting bracket doesn't line up at all. Needs new holes and new bolts all around. Lots of bumper needs to be cut for the 2011. Including decent amounts of painted plastic. Pipes fit good. Couplers and clamps seem good. Black coating on core is not holding up well. Red on pipes only has a few chips.

Yeah, it seems unlikely that would cause a failure like this, though. More likely the torque...

I know you weren't, just trying to be annoying since you won't tell us anything. My fiancee wants the cayenne but its a bad idea, I think.

Nope. I wish.

Please note. The transmission the Celery GT-5 posted is NOT the one I have.
