At least this worked for me.
I was having trouble with the car jerking at very low throttle (13-15% according to the Link) while cruising in lower gears (25 mph in 3rd). What I did that fixed it was to turn off the overrun vacuum fuel cut, as well as lean out my first row quite a bit. It's under the configurations heading, right under turbo. That fixed the problem that I was having, and now my car cruises smooth as silk now. Now, I was also having the hesitation that other people were having (although at around 2500rpm, and driving around after making this change, I noticed that the hesitation was gone. Will it cure the hesitation around 4500? I have no idea, but it might be worth a try.

Thanx, I'm gonna go give it a try. I had this problem bad when I had the enrichment on tps. I have it on map enrichment now and it runs really smooth.
