Rust spot

Back of my car has a rust spot above the taillight cover. This has not been caused by road-damage, it's easy to tell it spidered out somehow, however SOA may have a different opinion. Can I expect the dealer to take care of this for me, or will I just be wasting my time...even if I get a rep to take a look at it. It's a very small rust spot, however I do not want it to spread.

If anyone has any experiance with bodywork and think they can take care of the problem for me relatively cheaply that might be a better alternative?

your car has a rust perferation warranty! Another words it has be an hole before its fixed.

Your best bet is take it to a body shop that will warranty it for the lengh of time you have the car (Because rust is dam hard to get shot off). I had a spot on my old subaru and they said it had to go through the metal before its a warranty issue.

my car was rusting above the rear window. SOA took care of it for me. just go to the dealership and they will call someone from SOA to come out and look at the car to determine if they will pay for the fix.
