Default VA: *5x100 - 04' Sti /02-07 WRX* Megan Racing Coilovers, Excellent Shape! $650

Well, I had previosly posted these while they were still on the car, but it took me a lot longer to get them off than I imagined it would. I replaced these on my 2004 Sti with stock springs and FEAL Struts. I bougt my car with the coilovers on it. The car came from Knoxville and was owned by a mid-aged guy with a family. He was the only owner and installed the Coilovers. They were super clen when I took them off my car two days ago, and I have sinced cleaned them up for the next owner; It's always nice to buy something that looks nice

I'm posting these for sale for $650 local pick-up. I'm willing to meet any potential buyers within a reasonable distance from Virginia Tech. I'm willing to ship at the buyer's expense.

The coilovers perform exactly as they should. They are stiff, solid, and they made my car feel like it was on rails. I've heard this expression before, but these really made it feel like it was solid mounted to rails in the road. I took them off because of where I live, and my needs for the car. I Kayak and travel gravel roads constantly, so being slammed isn't exactly for me!!!

The coilovers are in excellent shape, a couple of scratches and knicks, but nothing that makes them ugly. Eveything functions great, and they will come with two spanner wrenches to adjust them. The units themselve do not make any noises, but the buyer does need to be aware that these eliminate stock, squishy upper mounts and replace them with solid metal; so you do get noise from *impacts* over bumps and cracks (just so you're aware )

Coilovers are Height adjustable with independent Pre-load adjustment.
They also are dampening adjustable.

I'm told they can run as high as stock height, but On my car, they were Low. They will be sent as they were set for my 2004 STI. According to the p/o the car was corner balanced, so you can either just throw them on and go low; otherwise, setting them should be vey simple.

SO...

Megan Racing Coilovers
Fit:
-2004 STI
-2002-2007 WRX
Excellent Shape
$650

Here is a pic of my car on the Coilovers

I will post pictures of the coilovers themselves here in just a little while

^^^ I realized that might have sounded like that after made the post, but I figure anybody with some sense would know i meant 02-07. If you read, I had posted 2002--2007 in the thread as well.

Are these the street series? Or track series? You can't get in touch with the previous owner?

In for pics off the car too
