If you have a white/blue wire on the harness connect that wire to the hot wire of the new fan and tie the other fan wire to the black or ground wire of the harness.

PD,

I think the OEM fans have two speeds. My info shows two power connections and two ground connections going to the fans that I assume are going to seperate coils in the motor.

Try the blue and black wires. You can also check the voltage on each wire with reference to chassis ground when the fan should be on. One wire should have voltage on it. Tie the fan hot lead to it and the other to the black wire.
