your ecu does not support avcs.
get jdm wrx ecu, but electrical harness could be different.
get sti ecu, but electrical harness could be different.
get a stand-alone that supports avcs, hydra
take your pick.

1 jdm sti V7 ecu is probably the easiest solution, but you will need to run 4 wires from the ecu to the avcs solenoids. iaperormance sells a harness you can patch in for this iirc
2 a usdm sti ecu with a full headlight to tail light wire harness
3 standalone ecu
4 get an sti
