Default 98 RS Goldies: What size is Plus 0?

I currently run 17" 2004 STI wheels and 225/45-17 Potenza 960 ASs on my 2002 WRX WAGON as my daily ride.
I just started doing HPDEs and was wondering what is the widest size I can use as PLUS 0 summer or R compound tires with my other wheels, which are 16" 1998 2.5 RS goldies. I'd like to avoid rolling any metal as this is my daily driver. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

225/50/16, don't want more than that on a 7" wheel. Same diameter as the stock 205 55 16.

225/45/16 is also aok, and a bit nicer for the shorter gearing.

215/50 or 45 work too.

Hoosier has R6's in 205/45 16 and 225/50 16's. Both are close enough and work very well on the track.
