If you haven't already ask Dom to take you for a spin in the CTSV. You won't be sorry...

I got to go for a spin in the V it was rather punchy! Lol.

Had a great weekend with all the MPS crew, Dom even put my brother and I up for a night at his place. I can't express how great everyone was and it is surely a trip I will never forget.

WCSS was awesome (no mentions of my hangover) lol. So really amazing cars there and 2 MPS cars won there categories. Sadly didn't win anything myself but plenty more shows to come!

The car has been a blast to drive, did run into 2 snags though, I have to run my pump gas only map because the stupid wiring harness on my AEM meth gauge has a faulty pin. So with it cutting in and out I don't want to risk no meth at 7.5k I decided to stay with 475whp till the new harness arrives.

Also in 4th gear my clutch started slipping, so I am going to order an ACT 6 puck clutch ASAP.

Really though these are pretty minor details and the car still feels damn rapid. In fact it's deceivingly fast due to its smoothness. It's not a huge punch, just ever increasing torque that doesn't seem to end

That's fun dude! It sounds like a riot. Even more reasons to support the MPS crew!

You should just sell your 5mt while its still functional ... that 6 puck is going to have a pretty good chance at wrecking havoc even if you try to baby it.

I am with Layvon on this clutch issue but Dom would most likely want to see you swap trannies or build one for you! That clutch and your power will end up destroying your trans. Personally i would do the 6 speed swap, you won't regret it as a matter of fact do the Leg Spec B 6 speed with an upgraded center diff. That the **** for 6 speeds!

This is where a lot of guys get themselves into trouble with e85 or meth injection.
Run as little timing as it takes to make power is the key. If I add one degree and get twenty HP, I add another. If I only get around seven or less, I back it back out. I don't know many people who would be angry at giving up ten HP if it meant drastically better reliability.
Thank you Dom!!!

Repeated as it's the truth and something I preach!! I don't tune my customer's cars (I have my reasons) but this is always something I have relayed to the tuner...if they don't choose a suggested tuner in their area.
