Hey guys,
I just got my winter sport 3d tires on steel wheels from tire rack. I want to run the wheels naked (I hate cheap plastic wheel covers) but I am concerned about the exposed axle nut. Is is ok to leave it exposed maybe spray with wd40 every week or so?? Or better yet is there any police style center caps i could buy??? Thanks in advance P220guy

If you leave it exposed, I would coat it with axle grease rather than using WD40.

I am also interested if there are any covers for the axle nut. Anyone know of a decent solution that doesn't involve cheap hubcaps?
