I believe that is the s7 wrx bumper (one piece with the grille) which is what is the Orcari kit resembles. And those are the Orciari lights as well.

Noppe, its a WRC S7 (prodrive) front bumper, WRC S7 Headlight bezels...
check out the turn/signal lights
