Thanks. So far I only have the AFR (wideband) and boost working. Right now I'm working on it automatically turning on the intercooler spray when a certain boost level is reached.

It's custom software I'm programming; running on Window XP. It's powered by a Pentium M computer I put together. The sensor values are captured by a USB data acquisition device. Since it's custom software, I can make it look and act however I want: change colors/shapes, audible warnings, even cut fuel/boost/etc for conditions I configure. Best of all, I'm not dependant on any proprietary (e.g. expensive) sensors -- I can interpret the voltages however I need to.

So, is this just your background or will it be functional? I am confused. How accurate is that Data acquisition device? Pretty cool if you can get it all to work!

Totally functional; the AFR and boost are already working. The voltage resolution is 12-bit. For this particular hardware, it means I can measure in 5 millivolt increments; 200 measures per volt. I have the ability to measure in 0.5 millivolt increments (16-bit), but it cuts my input channels in half. I can simply add more acquisition devices (up to 72), but I figure 5 mV is fine.

Here is a live video cap converted to Flash that I did in the early stages of development: http://www.droppedclutch.com/fun/gauges/afr.htm

The signal shown here is actually coming from a pressure sensor connected to a bicycle pump - so it's boost, not AFR like the label says.

I am in the process of building a ride consisting of many out of the ordinary combination of parts. Some are mostly completed like the trunk and sound system. The rest of them are ordered and on their way to become part of the build...

The (almost finished trunk) More acrylic coming for the amps.

Direct port NOS. Will be connected when the engine build happens.

The complete INGS+1 body kit is on order including the carbon fiber GT wing. I even have the same Volk GT-V wheels as shown in this add car.

Ultimate Racing GT40R turbo has already been shipped.

Very impressive, I would love to see it when it is done! Shouldn't your boost go above 18?
