i thought "points" are the number of spots wher the cage is attached to the car.. not how many welds there are on the thing

The "points" are all the bar connections within the cage.

+1 6061. the cage is going on a street car that sees non competitive track days, so for this cage suits me fine. like i mentioned before, when or if the car becomes a dedicated track car then I will be moving onto a weld in cage for obvious reasons.

you would be corect. a 4pt cage is a cage that attaches to the car in 4 points. so these guys are selling a 6pt cage and calling it a 11pt. sort of misleading.

still neat though

I personally think the rear wiper looks stupid and Im glad we didnt get it over here in the states. That is the first thing to usually come off any dsm. I think the only reason people buy them is because they are "JDM"

Personally, I'd like to have one as it would actually be used. Would REALLY help when having to scrape ice/snow off the rear window after a day of snowboarding. Of course I will probably never get one as I can't justify the price.

Plus, Seattle = rain.

I don't want a rear wiper, I want a rear windshield defroster that gets hot enough to convert water into steam immediately

so why not list the items that are rare, the companies that make them, and how long it took you to get the parts.
