Default Hard Starting after fueling up

Everytime I fill up the tank with gas, she does not like to start right away. I will turn the engine over for the normal cycle, it won't start. I'll stop, then turn over again, and she will start, but run very rough, almost stalling, then after about 15 seconds she will be back to normal.
Anyone else have this problem ?
I tried replacing the gas cap, no difference. The fuel pump is new (along with a new sock), all lines/ etc appear to be intact.

On a daily basis she starts with no problems ever.

Cheers and thanks !

Try cleaning the IACV...I had nearly the same trouble (start and almost stall after fueling). I cleaned the IACV and it's so much better.

I also had this probrum. I ended up having a couple vacuum lines mixed up on the thinga-ma-bob thats right behing the power steering pump. Could be a combo of what scrapin' said above and the vacuum lines. I'd check em all.

I'll the check the thing-a-ma-bob (aka purge control valve circuit). Interesting you mention that, I did accidentily break off one of the nipples a couple months back(JB welded it back). Though I am fairly certain teh hoses are connected properly, I will check that out. I should likely just find a used one in case it no longer function properly !
Thanks for the input, Cheers

Well, for any one who cares. I replaced the PURGE CONTROL VALVE CIRCUIT with a used one I sourced, and, voila, problem solved.

New, Subaru wanted $ 233, and from Saab, they wanted, $ 229. Both called it a Duty Solenoid.

Anyways, thanks for teh great input guys, it's most apperciated !

Cheers

Here's the part number off of my old one: K5T48376 4729
According to subaru, they have about 10 different part numbers. The used one I got as a replacement was actually a bit different in that the vacuum ports were larger, and the mounting bracket was different. I just removed the bracket and used the one from my old one, then just used different size vacuum lines.

I don't know how to load pics, but if anyone wants, send me your email and I'll email it to you.
It's behind the power steering pump, mounted lower on the intake manifold, it has an electrical connector up top (two pin), then two vacuum line outputs below in line
