From post # 1:

"At Forged, we take it one step further. In addition to baseline dyno numbers, we present baseline Road Atlanta laptimes. 1:47 BONE stock at Road Atlanta. "

The car currently runs so perfectly on E85 and 23-25psi that my guys will be prying the keys away to go big. I enjoy this car more and more each day.

Today we received the heads that will sit atop the Manely 2.6L stroker in our 2011 STI. The heads have been reworked with CNC porting, Manely oversized valves, Manely Beehive springs and retainers.

wow those heads look incredible! I cannot wait for these to go on with the built bottom end and lots and lots of boost on c16 (or even E85 for that matter!!). Do you guys do the porting in house?

Thanks Forged Performance for putting together such an incredible 2011 sedan and sharing on the forum. I just came across this thread and feel lucky to have this type of reading material to make the work day go a bit quicker

Few questions,

So you guys removed the air pump. I noticed how it is now in the way of where the perrin fmic piping used to run on my 07wrx. I just got my OBP 11Sti in the mail ..
What does it affect by removing it?
Will the AMS FMIC piping fit with out cutting or removing much?
How much trimming was necessary for the FMIC core?

p.s. Looks great! you guys have a mean car!

p.p.s. shoot me a PM if its too late in the forum for questions about the FMIC and air pump

Another update for everyone. We installed the PASSPORT 9500ci in the 2011 STI. This is a really sweet system!

The PASSPORT 9500ci is the ultimate custom-installed radar and laser defense system. With blistering all-band radar protection and precise laser "shifting" technology, speeding tickets can be a thing of the past. ESCORT continues to lead the industry by incorporating its patented GPS technology that automatically identifies the source and location of all radar signals. Real threats are processed in less than a second, while false signals are learned and eliminated. Now all you have to do is drive!

The PASSPORT 9500ci is completely undetectable to all radar detector detectors, keeping you unseen and unnoticed. Crystal-Clear Voice Alerts, Speed Alert™, Safety Warning System and its stealth installation make the PASSPORT 9500ci the ultimate in discreet protection. The all-new PASSPORT 9500ci is the Mack-Daddy of all radar and laser detectors. For those who only want the best in their vehicle. It is the ultimate balance of long-range performance, intelligent signal processing, simple intuitive controls, and the best overall driving experience ever developed. And, it's an ESCORT.
