Default Light Bar - 05 STi

I was witness to this bad dude being built.

Bar is 1 1/4" mild steel. End caps were put on afterwards. Hellas will be going across the top and the bottom bar by the owner.

The welder.

Undertray. Some sort of clip that holds these in. I don't know what they're called. Allows extremely easy access to the underside of the car. Protects the oil pan as well.

Hellaflush, y0.

Single attachment point on both sides. Uses the subframe mounting bolts.

I'll likely have one of these on my car by spring. What ye say NASIOC?

Bent it ourselves. That's all I did besides drink beer and watch it be put together, providing color commentary the whole time.

One of these would go nicely on my wagon.

let me know if you could reproduce another one of those bars. I'd be more than happy to send you some money for one, I can do the rest myself.

It's 1.25" x .120" wall tubing. Is it thick enough? Yes it took some effort to bend. Haha

The tray is pretty sweet. Comes off in four clicks...one for each of the disconnects.

If there's more interest I might be able to talk the welder into creating some more. They would probably be shipped unpainted...that part would be up to you. Find me ten people and it could probably happen...then I'd have to get a vendor account.

Yes but the next one(s) that will be built for another (local, not from NASIOC) 05 STi and my 06 STi will be mounted using the next two subframe bolts back.

I have inquired about vendor status guys. This may happen. We'll see.

it may be the way the picture was taken, but is the right hanging lower than the left? Other than that, I like it.

Just a touch. I mean we're talking like a few mm at worst but that was taken before it was all cinched up.

Very Nice! I will have to come out again someday and see what you think about making a quick release light bar.

Might end up making a light pod, but I like to look at all my options.

I'm sure you would have no problem marketing these. Just make them at a competitive price!
