Default Hot.....damn hot.....

Current Ottawa weather: 34C + 56% hum = 45C (113F). A great
big collective thanks for AC!. My car is fortunately in the shade right
now.

I was over in Toronto for the Canada Day long weekend visiting my g/f and damn, it was hot. Factor in the garbage that has been piling up and the fact that the dormitory room that my g/f lived in has no AC and has a window that only opens about 3-4 inches... it made for one hell of a long weekend. I had never been to TO until then and man, am I glad to be back in Winter-peg... Having lived in HK for a while, I never thought that a Canadian summer would compare to the heat and "dirtyness" of HK. But that trip to TO proved me wrong... Makes me appreciate the blue skies and green grass of Winnipeg and Vancouver all the more!

Still had a good time in TO but we spent a lot of time in the AC subways with each of us taking a nap and the other watching for when our stop arrived.
