What do you guys think? Last i spoke with the owner will take 600 for it.
Should i or any one interested in a parts car or a project car?

If i were to get it i would gut it out. Fix the suspension and Auto X it.

For Six Hundred you cant go completely wrong, although it is likely to require a fair amount of work to properly restore. In addition to the wheel hubs, it is likely that many critical suspension pieces are either bent or broken.

Why is this '96 Legacy "L" equipped with a '97-'99 scooped Hood, and '97+ Legacy GT wheels ?

^Thats what I was wondering...sounds sketchy. The price is right though, you could part it out and make a profit. I say do it.

You can find some hubs in the junk yard for around $ 35, may need wheel bearings, another $ 40 each, Most people that has an L model, want the GT look, like my sister lol, she has a 95 L, with GT wheels, hood and wing. I will buy it for $500

Call him up and get it. ask for pictures. The car has more damage than i wanted.
It has the rear pass mini window broken. and tons of paint chips on the rear bumper. Im sure he will let it go for 500.

Good luck
