Default Driver side master window switch panel for a '95 [through '98?]

Helping a friend with her '95 wagon and suspect one or more bad switches in the master window panel.

Looking for at least the driver window switch, if it's replaceable by itself, or the entire 4-switch panel with switches. If you have a spare in your parts bin, please let me know and follow up with an email.

Thank you.

It's a bit of a drive, but head up to the LKQ (formerly Crazy Ray's) in Jessup. Inventory shows 4 Outbacks that should all have power windows.

I replaced the driver door switch panel a number of years ago (I think with one I got from Crazy Ray's). The switch for the driver's window started getting finicky. I think I found that it would be more trouble than it was worth to try to just replace a single switch, so I swapped out the whole panel.

Patrick, thanks for that tidbit re: LKQ.

In my [her] case, something associated with the driver window switch [of 4 switches] on the master panel broke. Meaning, the plastic retaining clips/catches that hold the toggle switch firmly in the housing have cracked, allowing the toggle to flop around. Obviously, this makes rolling the window up and down a dicey proposition. I still need to remove the door card to take a closer look.

Would the master window panel from one of those '96-'98 Outbacks swap into her '95 Legacy, form/fit/function?

AFAIK, all of the '95-99 door panels are the same, so the Outback switch panels should fit fine. The only possible "problem" (if you want to call it that) is that the Outbacks might have the fake woodgrain switch surrounds instead of plain black.

Re: all '95-'99 door panels...I believe you are correct, Patrick.

Re: fake wood grain...yeah, know what you mean. Not really my speed.

Thanks, again.
