As some of you have seen, I am running Indivia headers with a Moroso aluminum oil pan...... I added reflect a gold to the pan, and swaintech ceramic coated the headers to aleviate an issue that might arise. With the reflect a gold and the coating, the now touch ever so slightly. Do you guys think this will become a cooling issue? I do plan on running a oil cooler too.

Yes, you are going to have issues. I have absolutely no doubt. I know you don't want to hear this, but either

A. Get new headers
B. Get a different oil pan
C Have the pan or headers modified for clearance.

Sorry you are having issues. Hope this helps.

Take the Moroso Oilpan to a machine shop and have them cut a slight piece out of it and TIG weld a new piece onto it.

You want atleast 1/4" clearance so you don't cook the oil, even with gold foil. Getting our pan to work with everyone's header took us f-o-r-e-v-e-r! Here are the closest I've seen headers come to our pan (Full-Race).

Looks like you'll have to buy a KillerB oil pan
