What do you need a driving line for? GT5, like many racing games, has a built-in driving line. It's in the form of darker parts of the track where the other cars have left rubber on the tarmac.

The only other thing you're missing are the awful braking points they give you. For that, there is the blinking shift indicators. There's no need for an artificial driving line. It's a mindless crutch. Although, it is funny to take GT5 over to my buddy's house and watch him spend a race fighting the driving line, rather than concentrating on the actual track.

Oh I know what it is, it's just once under the influence I tend not to even notice the HUD I'm so focused on the course ( or zoned out )So yes I tend to go a little to fast into turns, but when the line is red I know I'm overdoing it.

Also, I think the drinking league is full pending some clarification. Also, might be down to 6 more spots in the points league.

I'm in for the Monday points league. I'll try to get my headset working by then. If I can't I'll just go buy one. The one I have now is a few years old and crappy.

You can get them on ebay as well from Hong Kong for $5 shipped.

I've bought 2 in the past and they all work fine.

Late Night with OT - drunking league

suggestion, in the quotes below. I have not tried this but sounds cool. Thoughts?

So it works pretty well w/o trying to tune cars for the same effect.

but the best car we've seen is a supra. We thought that person would DOMINATE until we realized it was a v6 NA. Then there's Mitzu FTOs and other random 90s japanese cars.
