Default Looking for 200+hp at the crank...

I'm thinking of trading my '01 Prelude for a '02 5-spd RS.

What mods will I need to get 200hp or more while keeping it N/A?

From researching, I've read that I/H/E don't do much for gains on their own, so what else is there -- cams, cam gears, u/d pulleys, balancing the crank, re-sleeving the cylinders, hi-comp pistons? What level Cobb would do it?

My budget is ~$3,000, and I'd like the car to stay as reliable as possible.

My wife won't let me touch her '00 RS sedan, so I'm gonna have to buy my own to play around with. Darn.

crank and flywheel power should be the same...

I think you will need a bit more than those mods to pull it off. That will be close, but not quite...

I know a guy in Rochester that can make your car 200+ or can do all the work on the engine and what not.
He only charges $30 an hour.

If you are interested let me know.
