Good luck - our dogs chew apart the "super tough" kongs and pretty much any toy we get them Let me know if you find some that aren't chewed to pieces in a few days.

Ok here's Zoey. The DNA test said Boston Terrier/Pitbull Mix but I'm not sure I believe it.

At the dog park:

After the dog park:

These are her tired ears aka her Princess Lea ears:

Annnd she saw her first moose before her first squirrel, only in Utah:

Which made her very excited to start a low growl (her excited growl), and pick up the first thing she could find, a pinecone, because she always has to give new people things (in this case her new bull moose friend).

I just figured her face would be more flat..... All I see ist he color and maybe hind quarters (she has almost a boxer stance to her). No doubt about the Pit in her, but I never expected to see Boston Terrier.

She looks mostly Pit than Boston on her, I really don't see much Boston at all. Is she small?

On Lola she has a pug face and a Boston Body.

Bah it doesn't matter I guess in the end. I'm glad she has a loving home.

Foscam FI8918W, best prices are on amazon.com for about $95 or eBay... I got mine for $79 shipped. I did a little research and it's probably the best bang for your buck camera; it has IR night vision, pan/tilt, two-way audio, it's wireless (Wifi anyway, still gotta plug it in for power), and can be accessed remotely via PC or smartphone. The two-way audio only works in IE via PC, . But, you access it remotely via IP address, unlike some other brands which host a service you need to pay $10/month for. The directions are in engrish, so setting it up for remote access was difficult for me, but I don't really have any experiance with networking. All in all, I'm very happy with it.

hey msm, thats awesome! My dog is the same way she's not allowed up on the couch or my bed but sometimes I catch her on them. I've thought about getting a camera and doing this but never really looked into it. You said it has two way audio. So I can give my dog the "no" command while I'm at work? I really want to get one of these now. I can see her reaction

Looks like my Abby, but with floopy ears. Abby was listed as an Austrailian Cattle Dog mix. From what I hear, those DNA tests are worthless.

She has big spots on her body too, along with the black tail with a white tip. I just don't have the pics.

Yup, so long as you're using IE and allow the appropriate active x controls to load. My girlfriend's dad said he couldn't get it to load, but I did load it at home. The camera's microphone definately worked, but I don't know if it worked in reverse because I have my laptop hooked up to my TV, which doesn't have a mic. It's already wrapped up for xmas, so I'll let you know after then.

You gave her dad access to your living room webcam!? One word comes to mind, that's daughter*****r

Whoa, your dog and my dog look like family, lol.

When she was a pup, I figured she was going to look just like yours when she grew up. She had very little tan on her:

She can also destroy any toy in record time. We just stick to frozen beef bones to keep her occupied now.

We got a goughnut for our dog. Holds up great so far, hes got a strong bite and sat there and chewed on it for an afternoon(supervised) and it's still kicking. Kinda pricy, but they replace them if they get to a point where they are unusable.

Goughnuts...

Here is another one of Brinlee when she was 3 months old. She is 7 months now and surprisingly not much bigger. She weighs 35 lbs and the vet doesn't think she will grow much more. I will look for a few more current ones later.

We got one of these:

It's a bit pricey, but it's a full 18" tall and my very determined Malinois and Boxer/AmStaff have loved it and not been able to destroy it in over a YEAR. It's made of a pretty tough material and the seams are covered in fire hose and triple stitched.

Here's the link for the manufacturer (they have other dinosaurs as well):

I can second these--Ayrton has the pig and he's going strong. Well, he's lost an ear, but that's pretty good!

Whenever I take Makayla anywhere and leave her in the car I come back to her sitting at the end of the car where she last saw me. So if I left in front of the car, she'll be sitting in the driver's seat waiting. Staring at me as if to say, If I had thumbs and a key, I'd have fired this sucka up and been at the dog park long ago.
