Default V4 Cluster Into a V3 STI

Hi - searched but nothing conclusive. How difficult and what would need to be done to swap out a V3 STI cluster and replace it with a V4 STI cluster. I understand that the V3 speedo is cable run and the mounting points are different but I want that center tach.

Thanks for looking.

the v3 cluster only fits an early style interior (93-97) and requires a cable speed sensor. the v4 cluster fits the later style (rs style) interior and requires electronic speed sensor

I figured and knew this. I thought someone might have been able to do the swap.
