Default E-Motor USA AKA emotorusa.com AKA EMUSA AKA boostmasters on Ebay

E-Motor USA has a site and they also sell their wares on Ebay under the name boostmasters. I was after an aluminum radiator for my 2002 WRX when my plastic end cap finally cracked. The Mishimoto's were running about $250 and this guy was selling a knock off for $100 shipped. I should of known.

The packaging was very bad, such as all the hose connectors were butted up against the box. The barb from the turbo reservoir was bent and un-usauble, and the drain plug was broken.

This place was nearly impossible to communicate with to get my problem fixed. They would ignore me when I was trying to be a reasonable person to work with and would only respond when I stepped things up. The only highlight was that since I did use Ebay, I was able to get the refund in their resolution center. Had I just bought it direct from his site, I'm pretty sure I would of been hosed.

Just writing this review to prevent other Subaru owners from going through what I went through.

Edit: photos attached.

I bought the same one and it is currently on my car and I love it! Yours must have been delivered on a Friday afternoon Ace Ventura style.

Mine fit great was easy to install and hell for 100 bucks you can't go wrong.

Mine was delivered on a Friday. I was going to install it that weekend but this put a wrench on my plans. If it hadn't been damaged I'm sure I would of been happy, but just dealing with those jokers to ship the radiator back and get an exchange or refund was a disaster. These real bi-polar emails from different people with different information, which I assume was designed to frustrate me enough to just give up. Unfortunately for them, I am a pretty big tightwad.
