Default Possible blown ring land? 2004 wrx

So my car is stage 2, tbe, up pipe and v1 accessport stage 2 map. I recently aquired some money to up grade my turbo with all the supporting mods, blouch evo 3 16g, 750cc injectors, sti tmic and finally the walbro 255lph fuel pump. That's where I think my problem starts. I put the fuel pump on about 2 months back and it ran fine with no reflash or anything. I didn't really beat on it or do any spirited runs or nothing like that but eventually some jaackwagon in a Honda wanted to race me on the freeway. I sucumbed to the invitation and when I went to punch it in third the car just started bogging and not accelerating. When I pulled off the highway the car ran like complete crap and it was running super rich and the car had a cel of po172, bank 1 too rich. I'm assuming it's the fuel pumps fault but I'm unsure of what damage occurred to my engine. Could I pote tially be royally effed in the a? Or is there just a lot of fuel in my cylinders and if I let it idle for a while would it set itself right? Could I just slap the turbo and injectors on and go get it tuned? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated...

Its not the fuel pump. Look for boost leaks you do not need a tune for the Walbro.

yes, check for induction leak, preferably using a pressure test.

also, one of the best ways to check the sanity of your maf sensor is to temporarily swap with another subie and see if the problem persists on YOUR car or if it moves to theirs.

I guess I didn't explain how bad the car ran good enough. When I said it was bogging it was an understatement. There's no acceleration under boost and it doesn't go over 40mph. It goes normal up to about 3000 rpms then it just stops accelerating and just crawls. I literally can't go past 3000 or else it's like slamming on the brakes.when it idles it runs ok for a couple seconds, then almost dies, then runs alright, then almost dies and so on. It feels like there's something very wrong. I'll check everything you guys said but I gotta tow it to get it anywhere
