Talking He took it out!

He took Chewie out! Not his own car the Bean! He said he loves the feel of the stick and wants to drive my car today. Well! I knew this would happen. No what to do about it? Do I encourage him to trade-in the Bean for his own 2002 GT wagon in Silver? Anyway, no Chewie in the garage right now and I miss her, just venting to those of you who are not yet sick of my posts that is

What would Captain Janeway say to 7 of 9 if she took her car?

Talking Hmmm...

I think you meant Shuttle Craft not car. He has a right to have fun too. But he needs to do so in his own GT wagon, not mine!

I think she'd through her in the Brig!

He is now driving the 1.8T Passat manual again to test it back-to-back with Chewie to be sure of his choice.

Default I'm looking forward to his choice!

I'm kinda biased though. Passat 1.8T Variant (wagon) is my daily driver. The SVX is now separated from it's engine

Talking His choice

Well, more and more his choice is the Passat. They have no wagons in manual anywhere, unless he waits for the 2003s to come out. They do have a white manual sedan 1.8T GLS with the Monsoon (sp) stereo upgrade and nothing else. I see his point about legroom. His legs are smashed under the wheel of the Legacys, but he can easily move his legs back and forth in the Passat with headroom to spare! He likes it a lot with the light gray interior. It is very nice and since we already have a wagon, the sedan should do fine. It's the same price as a Legacy L with better brakes, we only need to add wheels. He loves the Michelin Energy tires. Now how to sell that L.L. Bean for no less the $25,000? That is the question.

Default It's not a Subaru, but its a good car!

I've put 31,000 trouble-free miles on mine in the last year. No problems whatsoever! The telescoping steering wheel is cool too! I'm 6'3" and fit very nicely in mine. In fact I have to move the seat forward to fully depress the clutch.

Mine has leather, sunroof, base sound system, winter package (heated seats, mirrors, and washer nozzles). I put 17" VW accessory wheels (called Largo, made by BBS) on mine after I bought it. I highly recommed the Passat.

Good Luck!

Todd
