Default 2014 Roof Rack

Hey all. Bought a base model 2014 Impreza. It does not have any roof rack, but did notice little flaps on the roof for what looks like a roof rack attachment. I recently received a Rhino rack for my birthday, but noticed for installation it clamps on the inside of the door jamb, rather than use OEM mounting points. Is there an OEM solution for me? I dont really like the idea of a clamp on the inside of my door, and the reviews the rhino racks got were not all that great. You actually have to measure different points on the car to get them to line up right. while I can do that, I don't really like the idea, a few millimeters off would probably cause some adverse affects, especially when loaded with a thule. Hard to find anything when searching online. Only found a solution for the 2.5s Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Basically I'm looking for something that will bolt into the existing roof rack mounts, rather than clamp onto the door jamb.

Can you post of the tabs that you are talking about? I thought non of the 14 came with pre-fab mounts.

Hope this image works. But basically two mounting screw holes at 4 different points on the roof.

Arr I see. That is the mount made for stock rails .

For your car I do know Rhino Rack do not carry anything made for factory mount points. You may need to look into Thules.

Ya, looks like same with Thule. I dont see much from Subaru, do you think they'd offer something? I may just go down to the dealer.

Rhino rack offers fixed points for the 2009-2014 wrx and probably the impreza too. If you have rhino rack feet that I have you just unscrew the clip mounting points in the feet and install the fixed point brackets. pretty easy to do
