Default computer programs

I was looking for a program that I can use to monitor my car when I hook it up to my lap top. Does anyone know where I can find the program and how I can hook my lap top up to my WRX? I know there was a guy at the June 22nd meeting with a Silver WRX who had a huge ass intercooler on the front (very, very slick!!) who had the program. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The system you are referring to is on both mine and Brians cars and it is the Link plug and play engine management system. It is far beyond just monitoring software. If you just want monitoring, may I suggest www.obd-2.com - that will let you watch lots of vital statistics including OBD2 codes.

If I were getting engine monitoring software I would without a doubt get the Delta Dash stuff. It has the fastest sampling rate and has alot of info displayed at once:
