Default Differences in exhaust between sedan and wagon?

As the subject says are the wagon and sedan exhausts different for any legacy? Im not talking about differences between two non matching years.

BTW I have an exhaust from a 2001 2.5 gt and its really a bad design. My 90 legacy piping is far better. For example just at the point the two left cylinder piping and the two right cylinder piping come together the 2.5 gt has a 180 degree turn!!!!!!

I bought the Borla exhaust for my 97 GT. They only make one model which is designed for the wagon, so I had to get about 2 inches cut off for it to fit my sedan.
