Can't do that either... that was all done on a scale model

The canopy rides on three rollers. There is one wheel on each side of the canopy attached to the back. These are usually nylon wheels running along garage door tracks.

The third wheel is attached a the center front of the canopy. there is a slit down the hood of the car where the attached metal runs through. under the slit of the hood is another track that holds the center wheel.

Then there will be an actuator attached to the top/back of the canopy that will open and close the lid. Just like the movie car.

Awesome idea for a build. I just had a hilarious visual of the Batmobile stuck in the midst of a snowstorm.

You Canadians are an inspiring lot.

Cool build, your Bugeye is topnotch and I especially like the flat charcoal color. I'm interested in the integration you will be doing with the Torch and Playbook. BTW, when is the next Torch OS coming out? I'm currently on .337.

Not sure when the next Torch OS will come out.. it all depends on the different wireless carriers and their acceptance schedules.

It does sound like you have one of the most recent releases.

Mine will pop up with actuators, but will likely be non functional.. at the most I'll have loud speakers doing the machine gun noise, but no muzzle flash

I now have a set of fantastic solid resin 30Cals on the way!

You can check out all the details for mounting the machine guns on the blog: http://batberry.wordpress.com/2011/0...s-some-30cals/

Signing off from Bali, Indonesia... here for work and not play so don't be jealous
