Default Tire size for a 18x9.5 rims

Looking at getting the XXR 522 in a 18x9.5 for my 07 2.5i. What size tire should I go with? Was looking at 225/40/18, they will be about the same size as the stock. Havent lower my car yet. Will I have to roll my fenders to get these under my car?

Depends on how low you are. If you want to avoid rolling or pulling stick with the 225/40.

Unfortunately with that tire size you also have to be low.... Your car will look stupid.

Planned on doing a 1 inch drop. Dont want to roll or pull. Maybe I better go with the 8.5" rim.
