Default Pipe interchange?

Last I knew you could use the legacy pipes as longa s you had the crossmember to. What about the wrx pipes? Has anyone tried? What about crossmember use?

Lastly this is for a 2.5

the legacy crossmember can be used with the WRX uppipe. You can get the crossmember from Sugar

I'm not sure if this has been addressed, but everyone knows that the Legacy turbos over here were SOHC, right? So does that crossmember and header just drop right in, or do you need spacers like I've heard a few places before?

ok, there is the uppipe, downpipe, intake piping, Header(depends on what kind you get, but there is the RS one piece and WRX three piece cast iron) midpipe, and rear muffler section. Please explain and be more specific as what you want to do and then I may be able to help you out with fitment issues.i.e. use a legacy turbo on an RS motor, or swap the entire motor, etc.

Also any examples on MAf cars? Any links of buildups? I figure the older legacy turbos are MAFs? Just starting the research so for the basic questions
