Default 1995 IMPREZA L Swappping with a EJ22 motor from a Outback, Need help and some knowled

I have been trying to swap the gutless EJ18 out of my car for awhile now, and finally I am going to get to. I found a Donar EJ22, freshley rebuilt 40,000 miles ago. It was in a rollover so the Outbaack it was is totaled, but the motor should be good. First question is where the heck is the automatic fuel shut off switch because I cant get it to turn over right now? Anyone know anything about swapping a 1.8 with a 2.2?

Pretty straight forward. Swap the 1.8 intake manifold (the whole thing, rails, harness, etc.) to the 2.2 long block. Swap the cam and crank sensors from the 1.8. Depending on the year model of the 2.2 you may have to disconnect / plug the EGR. I assume you've looked at the exhaust manifold and it matches (dual port to dual port or single to single).

Did you reconnect that wire that goes to the starter?
