Default Defi 52mm boost set review

Wanted to post a review on this set, as IMHO it's great. Got the 52mm white gauge face set which includes the following:
2 1/16" gauge
Remote boost sensor (no need to run boost hose into cabin)
Multi function control unit
All necessary wiring harnesses and small hardware items

Installation was straightforward, although I decided to go with a custom (hidden) control unit install

Subaru thoughtfully provided a tapped 6mm hole to mount the boost sensor, directly in the middle of the firewall above the center engine mount. In order to keep the boost hose short, I removed the intercooler and tapped into the BOV hose underneath it, then replaced the intercooler.

I mounted the control unit in the console box itself where it is concealed from would be thieves, yet easy to get to.

Very nice functions, including:
Peak boost display - Hit a button, and it displays the highest boost you last hit (Great for tuning)
Warning light, which is fully adjustable in 1/2 psi increments
40 second memory and replay, which will record and playback the last 40 seconds of boost activity, as you desire.
The green backlighting (at night) very closely resembles the factory gauge lighting
All in all, very satisfied with this gauge although it's pricey at $245.00 (what I paid)
A word to the wise - Defi will no longer be making gauges in Imperial measurements or the smaller gauges in the future, but this set is stiil out there, so get them while you can......
