Default PCV part number for 2005 RS

What's the correct part number for the PCV connector on a 2005 Impreza RS: 11821AA450 or 11810AA040 ?

The first one is 6$ the second 12$...

I want to test if the lean condition reported by the ECU is related to the fact that the engine consumes a lot of oil from being driven hard. Maybe my pcv valve needs to be replaced. I'm thinking faulty valve + high crankcase pressure = lots of oil in the intake & engine runs lean.

Does it makes any sense?
The lean condition (p2096) is not because of a faulty O2 as I changed it less than 10K miles back.
