Unhappy OEM 17s for sale....

Well, we put the Wilwood 4-pots on my car this weekend and my damn wheels won't clear the calipers. So, I'm selling 'em.

Specs:

Size: 17x7 OEM
Weight: a little over 19 lbs
offset: 50 (i think)

These are the anthracite/bronze jap-spec wheel that JC Sports ordered for me a while back. They've been on the car for about 9 months and are wrapped in Kumho 225/45/17s with about 35% tread remaining. I'm asking $975 for the wheels and tires.

Check out http://www.gigaboogie.com/meet/5.html - the wheels are on the blue sedan.

email me at pwaibel@sandcherry.com for more pics.

-paul

PS - I also have a set of Tein S-techs (soft) for sale. I'll let those go for $100.

Diz,

Got to get with Nick and do a canyon run .

Talking

Jay -

Sorry, no trade. I have a hard enough time with my dog.

Ronin - I'm running stock struts, H&R springs, whiteline sway bars & ALK. My friend Bob (yellow_rex) let me borrow his Superleggeras. He has my wheels on his car. You should see the yellow rex with those wheels. Truly awesome....

I think you're talking about Sean Radke (sp?) He drives a blue 98' RS turbo. He posts here occasionally.

sucks the wheels won't clear...they are awsome.

if they did not change the offset w/ the new model of wheels, it should still be +53...I have the newer style of the same wheel.

I don't get it - I am using the ProECM wilwood 4 pot conversion with stock WRX wheels and rotors, shouldn't your 17 OEM fit too?

Why don't you and Bob just trade his super legs for your OEM 17" bronze?

Ahh man... Diz I would love to get these wheels from you. You know I said if you ever planned to sell them to let me know.

Let me re-check my budget... I'll get back to you. I'm interested, but if someone locally wants them and is ready before I am, just sell them.

Jon

here's the pic:

Larry -

I'd love to trade with Bob, but I don't think he's up for it. He REALLY digs his Superleggeras.

Jon -

There is someone here who is trying to scrape together the money. If that falls through, I'll let you know. So, they're still up for sale. Damn, I'm bummed I have to let these go....

-p

I just tried to add some pics. They are too big for the server. I'll have to doctor them up and add 'em later. Thanks, Nick.
