Help installing H&R springs - Page 2

well...the main problem when i started the process last time was that i couldn't break the big bolts at the bottom of the strut. if you have a big breaker bar, that'd be great...i have pretty much everything else.

except that nice rubber mallet

Hey man, sorry about that. I installed rear Sti top mounts today and it took a little longer than I expected. I had to adjust my ride height so I could get rid of that pesky rub. Also I took Ronin2121's potential help by showing up at his front door demanding tools and help.

I never posted my excuse. I found this post again when looking for info on the TurboXS exhaust.

My excuse: Wife was supposed to have an all day CPR class and then we were leaving for the family reunion. CPR class got cancelled, so she came home and all my plans for the day were changed to "let's go". We went down to the reunion early. Sorry.

I'm a flake.
