Default ECU Compatability???????

I have a 1995 Subaru L 1.8litre AUTO, i am installing a turbo and wanted to know if there is any tubo ecu's that will plug in to my harness (i.e will a 1993 legacy turbo AUTO ecu plug in)

P.S this goes out to Kastle, " i did do a search and found nothing that pertains to my topic"

I don't know of anything that truely "plugs" into the factory ECU... there are plenty that you can splice into a factory ECU, such as the TEC-II or III, Wolf 3D, Link, Unichip, etc, etc,...

OK... that helps clarify some more....

Just want to repost the question in another form....

Your looking for a ECU (possibly from a Legacy Turbo 2.2) that will match up with you Impreza L (1.8) engine?

Default ECU's

Why wouldn't a Subaru 1.8ltr turbo ECU plug up such as from an RX turbo or XT turbo? I'm talking about the one with the same engine series (EA81, EA82.....I dunno) that Bobby has.

I know I'm not Kastle but I can't help myself. Please forgive me.

I'm not trying to whore your thread, so don't take it that way... just trying to understand the question and help.

That being said, my previous post should have read

Will a ECU (from a Legacy Turbo 2.2) match up with your Impreza L (1.8) engine harness?
