Default Random Coolant Leak

2010 forester 2.5XT auto NA ~50000mi

So I've had 2 instances where I've had coolant spray in the engine bay. One about 10k mi ago and another about 3k mi ago.

The first time was just a minimal amount and didn't pay much attention to. Just normal city driving in the desert. Didn't lose any coolant from the overflow tank.

The second was on a trip back from snowboarding driving speed limit 75-80mph up and down mountain roads. Had heater blowing. After the 3 hour drive, I smelt coolant while pulling into my driveway. Say coolant leaking from possibly the water pump area. Was hard to tell as it was dark. The spray pattern seemed to come from there but no confirmation. The overflow tank almost drained.

I pressure tested the system multiple times for about a half hour with no leaks what so ever. Hoses seem intact and no cracks seen on the radiator. 3k mi later with multiple long trips through the mountains no further leaks. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
